  • Do you offer telehealth or phone sessions?

    Yes, all nutrition consultations can be conducted from the comfort of your home, using a HIPPA compliant platform.

  • How long are the appointments?

    Typically, an initial nutrition consultation takes 120 minutes.

    A nutrition follow- up takes 60 minutes.

  • What forms are needed?

    In order to cover the most ground during the first visit you should expect to spend 30-45 minutes filling out a detailed health survey.

    Please submit forms 24 hours ahead of your initial consultation. Prior blood work can be uploaded ahead as well, into your portal.

  • What additional services do you offer in person, and how long do they take?

    • Pulsed Electro Magnetic Therapy massage takes 60 minutes.
    • Biomagnetism takes 90-120 minutes.
    • Ionic Foot Bath Detoxification takes 30 minutes.
    • Metabolic Testing 15 minutes.
    • Body Composition Assessments 10 minutes.

  • What can I expect from working together?

    In short, expect to be heard and to feel better. We will work together to rebalance your wellbeing, grow your self-awareness and health. Improve on energy, reduce anxiety, straighten out digestive health and sleep, uncover strengths and weakness to upgrading your wholistic self.

    You will get out of our time together what you put in. Health is a daily choice and an investment. I will meet you where you are and work with you on incremental improvements, tiny habits that take out the overwhelm and lead to big results.

  • What form of payments are accepted?

    FSH, HSA accounts, all major credit cards, checks, Venmo, and cash are accepted.

  • Do you accept insurance?

    No, I am not any longer in-network with any carrier.

    The process of functional medicine is a time-consuming process, I have chosen to structure my practice on delivering quality care that focuses on meeting the needs and goals of my clients, not spending time on seeking reimbursement.

    Our fees are competitive for the type of services offered and the results you should be expecting almost immediately.

  • How can I get reimbursed from my insurance carrier?

    • Medical Nutrition Therapy is a covered service when provided by a Registered Dietitian. The CPT codes are 97802 for an initial consultation and 97803 for follow up consultations.
    • Metabolic testing is reimbursed under code 94690.
    • Please call your insurance carrier to inquire if you have out of network benefits.
    • Find out if you have met your deductible, or if you have a deductible.
    • Please inquire if your health condition meets your carrier’s reimbursement conditions.
  • Do you provide super bills?

    Yes, after every session you will get an itemized superbill with ICD-10 codes and intervention codes listed above.

  • How long does it take to get reimbursed?

    It depends on your insurance carrier policies, typically it takes 30 days.

  • Are supplements covered by HSA/FSA accounts?

    Yes, as long as you have a licensed healthcare provider dispensing the recommendations. Often, you will need to request a letter of medical necessity from my office. Please email the form to info@dietitianforall.com

  • What are your hours?

    Office Hours are Monday- Friday.

    Evening hours are available on Tuesday’s and Thursday’s.

    In an effort to balance work/life I am not readily available on the weekends; however, I do make exceptions, please call to inquire.

  • Do you offer packages?

    Yes, we do offer discounts on session packages, especially if someone is coming more frequently to help offset the costs.

    Each client/patient is quite different in terms of needs. So, recommendations for follow-up sessions will vary based on personal situations/needs.

  • How do you communicate with clients/patients?

    The HIPPA compliant platform that is used is Healthie. All paperwork and sensitive medical information are submitted through this secure portal. It is also used as a food/exercise/health habits tracking application, and for messaging between sessions.

Insurance Policy

I do not accept health insurance plans at this time
Please be prepared to pay in full for all session and services. Super Bills are availible upon request, and may be submited to your carrier for reimbursment. Flexible spending FSA and Health Savings Accounts HSA are accepted at point of service.
